My absolute favorite restaurant EVER! If I could, I’d rate it even higher than 5 stars!! I’ve been eating here for years now and never get tired of it (neither do my non-vegan family and friends who also adore it & always want to go) Everything is delicious, but my favorites are the cheesesteak (even better now with the pretzel bread), nachos, and as of recently, the tacos! There is also a cute private room on the top floor. You can book it for events, which I really enjoyed for my birthday celebration. Great and friendly service too!

Need to start by saying that this is an amazing vegetarian restaurant! It’s so good you won’t miss the meat! I’m not vegetarian, definitely not vegan so I would never normally seek out a place like this, but while traveling with a coworker who is vegetarian with many dietary restrictions, I scoped this place out and came here. Upon arriving we were quickly greeted and seated, the guy taking care of our table was very helpful and explained so much about the menu, the chef, their dishes, etc. He went through each item we brought up and explained them in detail; he even offered suggestions and explained those as well! In fact, one of his recommendations was my entree, their Cajun Burger. I wouldn’t normally get a sweet potato dish as I’m not too found of sweet potato, but his description was so amazing and he explained I wouldn’t notice the sweet potato flavor, so I ordered it and WOW, it was great! It had a nice spice and definitely tons of great flavor! It’s also very filling! The chick pea fries that came with it were amazing, so much flavor!! Everything we got we all thoroughly enjoyed... I highly recommend stopping in!

I've been here a couple of times! Highly recommend the braised tofu and the poutine. Good portion sizes and presentation as well. Also want to thank Kat who was our server tonight. She did a great job being attentive to our needs, explaining the menu, and overall providing excellent service on a busy night.

What a lovely place! The waiter was so welcoming and friendly! Top notch food! No one would believe that these super delicious dishes are cruelty free and no animal was harmed nor tortured. #govegan Definitely would go back! Highly recommended! Thanks for a wonderful day there!

I went in randomly from the street, was surprised that they only serve vegan, but thought to myself to try. Sure am glad that I did! Food, atmosphere and service were all excellent!

I had a wonderful lunch experience at Lola Rosa on Saint Catherine Street. The place has a great vibe, with plants and artistic decor that really set the mood. The servers were quick to take my order, and the food was amazing. I sat by the window inside and enjoyed my meal while watching the passersby on Saint Catherine Street, which added an extra layer of entertainment to the experience. I highly recommend Lola Rosa for anyone looking for a relaxed, enjoyable lunch in Montreal.

Went for dinner: one of us a vegetarian, one of us (me) not, and we both loved every bit of food we had: fried oyster mushrooms, cheesesteak, and tacos asada; subbed poutine fries for regular with the cheesesteak. The black bean and mushroom gravy on the poutine was a revelation; don’t miss the tacos. What a wonderful meal. Staff were friendly, helpful, good humored. Thank you for a wonderful meal.
